You have ordered a SOMAJ article via the webshop. Awesome! And thank you so much.
Every SOMAJ product is produced with a lot of love and care. We try to photograph every item as faithfully as possible. The appearance of a digital image may vary from monitor to monitor. The color of your ordered product may therefore differ slightly from the photos shown on this website.
We hope you enjoy your purchase.
DELIVERY PERIOD
In these fast times, it is often expected that an online order will be delivered to your home the next day. Unfortunately, we cannot promise you that. We collect our packages twice a week. Somewhere in the beginning and at the end of each week. So count on 2 to 2 working days to receive your order. But trust us, the wait is worth it J!
We do our very best to send your order to you quickly, finely packaged and with a touch of love. Unfortunately, we do not have everything under control. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping company. Did something go wrong? Then contact us and we will be happy to help you. You can always send a proof photo.
Ordered something custom? A 'custom order'? Then you have to give us a little more time to prepare your order. Because you know: manual work is 'slow work'. But don't worry, we make clear agreements. That's nice for both.
Urgent order? Send us a message and we will look at the possibilities together.
INTERNATIONAL. The shipping time goes from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on where you're located. Buyers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes, duties, and custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Every SOMAJ product is produced with a lot of love and care.
And every order is carefully packed to avoid damage in transit.
If there is any damage, you can of course return the damaged items free of charge.
We will send you the new products immediately upon receipt of the damaged goods.
The shipping costs for the return will be refunded to your specified account number.
